Who we are and what these terms cover
Nightwing Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. operates WorkWithAri.com under the Ari and Nightwing identities. Our operator details appear in the document details panel. Questions, complaints and requests may be sent to info@nightwingdigital.co.
These terms describe use of the public website and its illustrative demonstrations. They do not, by themselves, grant an installed-app licence, create an account, sell a module or establish a paid subscription. A separately agreed evaluation, customer agreement or order will identify any additional service supplied to you.
The Privacy policy explains processing of personal information; it is not a request for blanket consent. The Acceptable use policy and AI transparency notice explain related conduct and product boundaries. A specific signed agreement controls its expressly agreed subject matter, subject always to mandatory law.
Pre-launch status and demonstrations
Ari is in development. Modular subscriptions are planned for the end of 2026. This is a product direction rather than an invitation to pay now. Final availability, supported markets, compatibility, modules, prices and purchase terms will be disclosed before any order is accepted.
Phone screens, Mac interfaces, browser research, email examples, cursor motion and orbs on this site are scripted or interactive illustrations. They are not live access to your apps, a recording of an actual task or evidence that an action was performed on your device. Examples use demonstration content rather than your private accounts.
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve access, enter you into a paid plan or authorise recurring charges. A private demonstration or evaluation, if offered, may have separate written conditions identifying its duration, data handling and permitted use.
Individuals, businesses and authority
Planned individual access to Ari is for people aged 18 or over who also have legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement. Where applicable law requires an older age or legal-representative involvement, that requirement must be met and expressly supported by the launch offer. Payment-card ownership is not proof of contractual capacity or authority to use that card. Reading this public website does not enrol you in a service.
When acting for a business, you must have authority to supply its information, connect its systems and agree to the particular service. An employee’s enquiry does not automatically bind their employer. Do not submit another person’s confidential material or personal data unless you have an appropriate right and lawful basis to do so.
Local law may impose additional duties when using Ari at work, recording meetings, handling customer records or deploying assistance to employees. An employer must provide its own notices, permissions and policies where required; these website terms cannot provide consent on behalf of colleagues or customers.
Using the website and contacting us
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate, relevant information if you contact us. A working email address and a description of your request help us respond. Do not put passwords, API keys, payment details, government identifiers, health records or unnecessary third-party information into the enquiry form.
Do not interfere with availability, bypass access controls, submit malicious files or scripts, abuse the contact endpoint, impersonate others, harvest personal information or attempt to obtain private systems or data. Ordinary browsing, accessibility tools and legitimate rights provided by law are not prohibited.
Our content may be updated to correct errors or improve the product explanation. We may take proportionate steps against misuse or a credible security threat. We will not treat a good-faith complaint, privacy request or negative review as abuse simply because it criticises the service.
AI output, research and important decisions
AI can produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect answers, including plausible-looking citations or interpretations. Review the underlying page, file or record and obtain an appropriate qualified opinion before relying on output for a consequential decision. Research dates, source links and task receipts help with review; they do not replace it.
Ari is not an emergency service or a substitute for a qualified medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional. Do not use it as the sole basis for decisions affecting a person’s health, safety, employment, credit, insurance, legal rights or access to essential services. Do not represent output as professional advice or an independently verified human assessment when it is not.
Recommendations, draft messages, meeting action items and intentions are distinct from completed actions. Check the actual task result, file location, draft state or provider confirmation. You remain responsible for the decision to use, share or act on output, while our own legal responsibilities remain subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory law.
Device access, tools and human control
6.1 Your host device and prerequisites
The installed Ari uses a Mac-based Core, with a privately paired iPhone companion and selected modules. The host Mac must remain awake with Ari running for the connected workflows described on this site. Device permissions, installed models, provider accounts and supported operating-system versions affect what a setup can do.
6.2 Least-privilege permissions and untrusted content
Grant only the microphone, screen-capture, accessibility, workspace or service permissions that a task requires. Keep a means to stop automation, take over a browser and revoke access. Material found on a webpage, in a document or in an email can contain misleading instructions: treat it as untrusted task material rather than authority to widen access.
6.3 Email review and tool-specific authority
The reviewed email workflow displays recipients, subject and message, then needs a later confirmation to send. Changes require renewed review. Do not assume that this precise confirmation pattern applies to every tool; inspect each tool’s authority and actual controls before enabling a task.
6.4 Backups, workspaces and actual results
Keep backups of important files and use an appropriately scoped workspace for development tasks. Review tests, file changes, recipients and destinations before a consequential operation. The public website does not grant these app permissions and cannot revoke or delete data from your installed app.
Your material, our material and output
7.1 Your information and limited use
You retain the rights you already have in information you provide. Supplying an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your business, documents or ideas. We use the information to handle the request and operate the relevant communication as explained in the Privacy policy; this is not a blanket licence to train an AI model on it.
7.2 Website and licensed intellectual property
Our brand, website code, original material and licensed assets remain protected by their applicable rights. You may view and refer to the site for its intended purpose. Do not resell our branding, misrepresent affiliation or redistribute protected assets without permission, except as allowed by law or the relevant licence.
7.3 Generated output and third-party rights
AI output may resemble other output and may include material governed by third-party rights. Copyright protection and permitted use depend on the material, model terms and applicable law. Check permissions before publishing content, copying a source, using a mark or distributing a generated asset. Any installed-app licence and treatment of commercial output will be stated in the applicable customer agreement.
Other services and external links
Ari can be configured with third-party models, accounts, developer tools and music services. Their availability, fees, access rules and data practices are separate from a module’s presence in Ari. A connection is not a promise of unlimited access, continued compatibility or inclusion of every third-party charge.
Website links to external AI services open those services with a fixed public description of Ari. They are optional navigation, not embedded sessions. External sites apply their own terms and privacy practices. Do not put confidential data into a third-party service without checking the arrangement that applies to it.
Third-party failures do not automatically remove any rights you have against us for a service we expressly agreed to supply. The allocation of responsibility must be assessed under the actual customer agreement and applicable law, rather than inferred from a logo or demonstration.
Future subscriptions and purchases
There is no checkout on the present website. Our planned model lets customers choose curated capabilities around a shared Ari Core maintained by Nightwing. Adding capabilities is expected to increase the subscription. This introduction does not fix prices, promise every internal feature or bind you to a renewal.
Before a paid offer, the order information must state the selling entity, included modules, price and currency, taxes, billing period, renewal method, cancellation route, refund/withdrawal information, compatibility and relevant third-party costs. Any required affirmative agreement and payment authorisation must occur before a charge.
The separate Subscription information page explains the pre-launch boundary. It does not create a universal no-refund rule, remove statutory withdrawal rights or authorise immediate performance of digital services on your behalf. Any market-specific exception needs the required notice and valid consent.
Availability, changes and compatibility
A public website, preview and developing software can experience interruptions or defects. We do not make a specific uptime, response-time, compatibility or future-feature commitment through a visual example. Any paid service-level commitment must be stated in the applicable offer.
We may maintain, secure, correct or update the website. A material change to a paid customer’s contracted service must follow that agreement and applicable consumer law; a general website update cannot silently rewrite an existing paid commitment.
If you are evaluating Ari, test it with representative tasks and a safe dataset before relying on it. Local models depend on suitable hardware and installed components; online research and connected accounts depend on network and provider availability.
Responsibility and non-excludable rights
11.1 Rights that remain protected
Nothing in these documents excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, responsibility for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing, and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law protects it.
11.2 Foreseeability and responsibility for the free preview
Subject to those protections, the free website and illustrative previews are provided for information rather than a guaranteed business outcome. To the extent permitted by the law and the nature of the relationship, we do not accept responsibility for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or loss caused by misuse or an unauthorised change outside our reasonable control.
11.3 Future contractual limits
No arbitrary monetary liability cap or blanket indemnity is created by this pre-launch website notice. Any proposed limitation for a future business service must be clearly stated, proportionate, reviewed for the market and agreed with the relevant contract. Consumer rights are not converted into business-only rights by describing everyone as a business user.
Complaints, disputes and applicable rights
If something is wrong, contact info@nightwingdigital.co with the relevant page, task or order reference and the outcome you are seeking. Provide only information needed to investigate. We can discuss a practical resolution without requiring you to waive statutory rights or keep a complaint confidential.
These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive collective remedies, choose an exclusive foreign court or shorten a statutory claim period. Any additional governing-law or forum provision for a paid service must be clearly stated in its actual agreement and reviewed for the relevant market. Mandatory protections and access to competent regulators or courts remain available where they apply.
If a provision is invalid, that does not make the rest enforceable beyond what the law allows. A delay in enforcing a right is not automatically a permanent waiver. These documents do not create an agency, employment or partnership relationship between you and Nightwing.
Versions, notices and contact
The effective date and operator details identify the version being presented. We will not rely on a quiet website edit to impose a new charge, expand permission to use previously collected personal information or remove a right under an existing contract. Material changes require the notice, agreement or other basis required by law.
Keep a saved or printed copy of documents relevant to an agreement you actually enter. For questions about these terms or an accessible copy, email info@nightwingdigital.co.
