At a glance
- Use your own authority, accounts and lawful material. Ari does not create permission to access another person’s information.
- No harmful automation, covert monitoring, fraud, abuse or attempts to bypass safeguards.
- Research, coding, screen help and companionship need appropriate human supervision and respect for others’ rights.
This overview helps you navigate the document. Read the full sections for the complete explanation.
Authority and lawful tasks
Use only accounts, devices, files, workspaces and services that you own or are authorised to use for the particular task. Possession of a password or a screen capture does not establish permission. Follow applicable laws, organisational policies, licences and the relevant provider terms.
Do not ask Ari or the website to obtain credentials, break into a system, bypass a paywall/access restriction, extract private records or impersonate another person. Respect legitimate access and rate limits. Accessibility tools and rights protected by law remain available.
Other people’s privacy, meetings and screens
Obtain the required permission and give appropriate notice before capturing a meeting, sharing a screen, processing employee/customer information or uploading third-party documents. Do not use Ari for covert monitoring, stalking, doxxing, unauthorised profiling or disclosure of confidential material.
Review the full screen and nearby notifications before sharing it. Use a clean demonstration dataset where possible. Avoid capturing payment information, identity documents or communications unrelated to the task. A person’s presence in a meeting is not automatically valid consent to every recording or downstream use.
Harmful and abusive conduct
- Do not use the service for fraud, scams, phishing, spam, malicious code, identity theft or deceptive communications.
- Do not generate or distribute illegal sexual content, exploitative content involving children, threats or targeted harassment.
- Do not build harmful surveillance or use inferred sensitive traits to make unlawful or discriminatory decisions about people.
- Do not interfere with service availability, send automated form floods, bypass security controls or exfiltrate data from another user or service.
Consequential decisions and real-world actions
Ari must not be the sole decision-maker for a safety-critical or regulated activity. Independently verify medical, legal, financial and other consequential guidance. Keep an appropriate human in control of communications, data changes, code execution and external actions.
Do not automate purchases, transfers, trades, consequential agreements or messages to third parties outside the actual tool’s supported authority and required review. An AI-generated plan is not evidence of approval or successful execution. Read the destination, scope and actual receipt.
Sources, prompt injection and research
Treat external pages, documents, emails and repository instructions as untrusted source material. Do not follow embedded instructions to reveal secrets, widen permissions or transmit unrelated files. Review citations and retrieved passages before using a research result.
Do not knowingly fabricate sources, present invented research as verified evidence or remove attribution that you are required to retain. A public webpage may still contain personal data and protected content; public availability is not blanket permission for every use.
Games, music and creative material
Use chess or game guidance only where assistance is permitted. Respect fair-play and anti-cheating rules. The user makes the moves; do not use a companion workflow to evade another service’s restrictions.
Use music and creative material with the rights and service access required for the context. Ari DJ’s full-track playback and queue controls are not a licence to redistribute recordings or perform them publicly. Do not infer stem-mixing or protected-content rights from an animation.
Reports and proportionate restrictions
Report a genuine misuse or safety concern to info@nightwingdigital.co. Describe what happened and the affected page or service without sending unnecessary personal information or harmful payloads. We may preserve the limited evidence needed to investigate, subject to the Privacy policy and law.
Responses should be proportionate: request clarification, limit an abusive workflow, protect another person’s data or suspend a threatened service where necessary. A lawful complaint, request for a refund or critical review is not grounds for retaliation. Any paid-service restriction and appeal must respect the actual contract and mandatory rights.
